I have re-checked some information I had written down. My research shows the following:
Bertram was born in 1887, married Lulu "Grace" Weber on June 18, 1908. Bert and Grace had 2 children Harold born April 5, 1910 (my grandfather) and Mary born in 1916. Bertram died, I believe, in 1917. I have not been able to confirm his date of death, but I know it was before 1920. The 1920 Kansas City, Wyandotte County census shows Grace and her 2 children living with her parents, Louis and Anna (Reiber) Weber. Grace is listed as a widow.
Bertram's parents were George A Rively and Minnie Rubly or Rubeli (not sure if this is her correct maiden name). George was born about 1854 in PA and Minnie was born about 1865 in Springfield, IL. I show they had 3 children: Bertram, Clara (1890) and Mary (1892)
George's parents are Benjamin C Rively and Susana unknown. Benjamin was born in 1832 in PA and Susana was born in 1836 in NJ. They had 5 children.
Minnie's parents may be Samuel Rubly (Rubeli) and Louisa or Frances. I have no other information and have not confirmed this relationship.
I have not been able to confirm this with information my dad had in his journals. He had research his ancestors for many years. I know he had received some information from some of his family and included in his belongings is a hand-written journal of one of our Rively ancestors, which told of the brothers that first immigrated to the United States. My father past away several years ago, and I am trying to get all his research from my step-mother. We do not live in the same area and are trying to arrange to meet in the next couple of months. Once I can go through his information I hopefully will be able to give you more details.
I hope this helps. Let me know how this matches with your information. I have not been able to easily find information on the Rively's.

I'm curious to know whether the Bertram Lawrence Rively you show married to Lulu Grace Weber is the same Bert L. Rively I am looking for. My Bert L. Rively was born in Kansas in 1887. He is the son of George A. Rively and Minnie Knaus. I have some information gleaned from censuses on both of their families. Would you have any information that would tie these together? The 1910 census shows that your Bertram's father was born in Pennsylvania and mother in Illinois which matches my information. Sandy
