      Anderson County records show Benjamin buried in the Garnett Cemetery. Born May 1830, died Mar 1910 in Topeka, Kansas. Surviving children are shown as John , Mrs. L. Summers, and Hannah Bundy. There is also a brief death notice in the March 18, 1910 edition of the Garnett paper.
